Urban Insimbi is an extension of Insimbi that operates in urban spaces, creating high-quality activations and experiences in malls and public venues. While our Anti-Poaching Unit works on the ground protecting rhinos, Urban Insimbi focuses on generating the support needed to sustain those efforts.
What We Do
Urban Insimbi specialises in mall and event activations, providing engaging, well-managed experiences for families and shoppers.
Our services include:
- Seasonal children’s entertainment areas for occasions such as Christmas and Easter
- Interactive setups and photo opportunities
- Gift wrapping stations during peak retail periods
- Custom activations tailored to specific events and environments

How This Supports Insimbi
Urban Insimbi is a revenue-generating initiative.
Through these activations, we receive service fees and project-based income from malls, brands, and event partners. The profit generated from this work is directed back into Insimbi and contributes toward:
- Supporting our Anti-Poaching Unit (APU)
- Operational costs in the field
- Equipment, vehicles, and ongoing protection efforts
While these activations are not conservation-focused in nature, they play a vital role in ensuring that our team on the ground can continue their work.
