VIRTUALLY ADOPT A RHINO

VIRTUALLY ADOPT AN INSIMBI RHINO

A virtual adoption is a moral commitment, with no legal obligations or entitlement.

For just a few rand/euros/dollars a month allows you to take care of a wild rhinoceros in need, helping him/her to grow in
his/her natural environment, with his/her crash, without taking him/her away from his/her environment.

WHAT IT MEANS TO VIRTUALLY ADOPT A RHINO

  •  Adopting a rhino is a personal gesture and asking nothing in return.
  • Knowing that you are contributing to the survival of an endangered species.
  • Your contribution will aid the protection of the animal which includes contributing towards the security and also towards their feed (Nutrition).

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IN RETURN:

  •  A certificate of contribution/adoption
  • A photo of your rhino
  •  Quarterly updates via email or WhatsApp

YOUR CONTIBUTION

We ask for a minimum contribution of R100 / $10 / €10 a month for the adoption of a rhino but YOU can contribute any amount that suits your pocket.
This helps us build a recurring revenue that we can count on to ensure our anti-poaching unit is funded each month.

Please get in touch with us if you would like to sign up for a corporate or school adoption at a higher monthly rate with different benefits.

WHO IS UP FOR ADOPTION

SHINKWE

Date of birth: 2001

Shinkwe is our oldest rhino. She has a feisty personality and so much character! She was shot in 2014 but thankfully survived the poaching attempt due to fast action by our dedicated team and vets.

BABALEGI

Date of birth: 2013

This young bull is definitely easy on the eyes with a personality on note. He is the son of Insimbi as is forming a bond with our new rhino Grace. We hope to see his offspring in the future.

LAVARA

Date of birth: 2009

She is the daughter of Shinkwe.
Often seen feeding two calves at once when they were born.
She is protective of her calf but overall a very calm rhino.

GRACE

Date of birth: unknown

Grace is the new “kid on the block”. She is the embodiment of her name and has such a gentle nature about her. Often on her own mission.
